APPOINTMENTS

  • Services at Renew are by appointment only.

  • Appointments must be secured with a major credit card or debit card.

  • Treatment times are not extended for late arrivals and are full price.

  • Rescheduled appointments due to late arrival are charged a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Should you need to cancel, please provide 24 hours' notice to avoid the cancellation fee.


TIMELINESS

We appreciate your timeliness in order to provide the full amount of time allocated for your service. If you’re late, it may be necessary to shorten or adjust your appointment time. Please arrive 10 minutes early for all massage and facial appointments.


belongings

While we make every effort to assist you in finding a misplaced item, Renew Salon and Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please note that our smocks cover your clothing during services and robes are provided for your protection. Renew Salon and Spa is not responsible for damaged clothing during a service.


environment

As we try to create a relaxing environment, we recommend that small children be attended by a companion while at the salon. Children are not allowed on the spa side. Please silence all cell phones upon entering the spa and enjoy your personal time.


satisfaction

If the service you received did not meet your expectations, please contact us to discuss your concerns withing 24 hours. Salon services are invited to visit their original technician for any alterations within 48 hours of service.


cancellations

Renew Salon and Spa requires a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. The 1st cancellation made within 24 hours will be allowed at no charge. The 2nd cancellation within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of total services scheduled and a required 50% non-refundable deposit will be applied to the next service. The 3rd cancellation within 24 hours will result in a 100% charge of total services scheduled and a required 100% non-refundable deposit will be applied to the next service.

Likewise, the 1st no-show is allowed at non-charge. The 2nd no-show will result in a 50% charge of total services scheduled and a required 50% non-refundable deposit will be applied to the next service. The 3rd no-show will result in a 100% charge of total services scheduled and a required 100% non-refundable deposit will be applied to the next service.

We do understand that things happen and will work with you on cancellations. However, no-shows are regulated by our system software and are not negotiable.
